COMMON LAW ADMISSION TEST (CLAT)

ADMISSION TO UNDER-GRADUATE & POST-GRADUATE
PROGRAMMES 2012-2013

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2012 will be conducted for admission to the undergraduate programme for eleven National Law Universities and also for the post-graduate programme (LL.M) for admission to NLSIU, NALSAR, NLIU, WBNUJS, HNLU, GNLU, RMLNLU, CNLU and RGNUL.
The details of intake, reservation, courses offered along with the fee structure and further details can be had from the website of concerned University.
CLAT 2012 IMPORTANT DATES

The important dates for CLAT-2012:
Date of common law admission test: 13th May, 2012, 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
1. Publication of advertisement: 02nd January, 2012 (at regular intervals)
2. Issue of application forms from all CLAT-2011 member universities and specified branches of State Bank of India from: 02nd January, 2012 (Monday)
3. Last date for submission of filled-in forms: 31st March, 2012 (Saturday)
4. Issue of Hall Tickets to the candidates from: Upto 14th April, 2012 (Saturday)
5. Date of CLAT-2012 examination: 13th May, 2011 (Sunday) from 03.00 p.m to 05.00 p.m.
6. Publication of CLAT 2012 result: 28th May, 2012 (Monday)
7. Fee-deposit by the students of I-list in the respective institute: 09th June, 2012 (Saturday) by 4.00 p.m.
8. Issue of II-list and Re-shuffling: 10th June, 2012 (Sunday)
9. Fee deposit by the students of II-list in the respective institute: 16th June, 2012 (Saturday) by 4.00 p.m.
10. Issue of III-list and re-shuffling: 17th June, 2012 (Sunday)
11. Fee-deposit by the students of III-list in the respective institute: 23rd June, 2012 (Saturday) by 4.00 p.m.
12. Issue of IV list and Re-shuffling: 24th June, 2012 (Sunday)
13. Fee deposit by the students of IV-list in the respective institute: 27th June, 2012 (Wednesday)
14. Closing of admission: 30th June, 2012 (Saturday)
15. Commencement of Classes: 02nd July, 2012 (Monday)

VANDANA CONVENT SCHOOL GUNA ADDMISSIONS

Vandana Convent Sr.Sec.School established in 1974 by the Society of Sisters of St.Elizabeth, a premier educational institution of the city of Guna (M.P. India). The society is registered under this societies Registration Act of 1973. The Society in its fundamental rights guaranteed by the article 30(1) of the constitution of India has taken up education as a service for the betterment of society without distinction of Caste and Creed.

The school has “ Wisdom and Service” as its motto and fosters the spirit of love and selfless service to the Almighty, to our country our neighbors.

The medium of instruction is English, but Hindi is taught as a compulsory subject. Students are encouraged to develop a liking and command over both the languages.

The school year commences in April and consists of three terms. The school closes for summer vacation by the end of April. May and June constitute summer holidays.

Academic honesty is a set of values and skills that promote personal integrity and good practice in teaching, learning and assessment. It is influenced and shaped by a variety of factors including peer pressure, parental expectations, culture, role modeling and taught skills. All students must understand the basic meaning and significance of concepts that relate to academic honesty.

The following malpractice may form a part of academic dishonesty:

The school is open for admission both for boys and girls. The school year begins in the month of April and ends in the month of March.
Registration for lower K.G is done in the month of January/February. The minimum age of admission to lower K.G is 3.5 years. At the time of admission child’s recent photo of passport size must be affixed to the registration form. New admission to other classes will be done in the month of March, subject to the vacancies in each class. The school sets a maximum age for each standard.
Undesirable use of collaborative work (when it is supposed to be individual work).
Giving wrong feedback to teachers (regarding not submitting assessments on time, not completing work etc.)
Unasked for help from outside ( taking the help of parents, guides etc. For doing work which is required to be done by the child)
Academic dishonesty during academic research, assessments and homework is an undesired and unacceptable practice in the school.
